1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing "AI Model Idle" (the "Service") provided by Oswald Boutique Consulting Firm (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Company provides a web browser-based idle/clicker game. The core gameplay is available for free. Certain premium features (e.g., ad removal, resource bundles, VIP subscriptions, permanent boosters, and cosmetic items) are available for purchase.

3. Account Registration and Security

Users may register using an email address, GitHub, or Google account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Company utilizes cloud infrastructure to securely store your game progress and data.

4. Purchases and Virtual Assets

Payments are processed securely via NicePayments. All transactions are billed in South Korean Won (KRW) or converted appropriately by your payment provider.

Virtual Assets: All in-game resources, models, scores, reputation, and virtual currencies hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, refunded, or transferred to other individuals. Purchased entitlements and premium features are permanently bound to your account and are non-transferable.

5. Subscriptions (Recurring Billing)

If you purchase a VIP Monthly Subscription, your registered payment method will be automatically billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the in-game "Manage Subscription" menu or by contacting us at oswarld@naver.com. Upon cancellation, your VIP benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once the virtual items or benefits have been applied to your account, except as mandated by applicable consumer protection laws. 7. User Conduct

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Steal, share, or compromise other users' accounts.
• Bypass, exploit, or tamper with the payment and billing systems.
• Use unauthorized automated tools, macros, or bots to interact with the game.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain a stable service, the Company shall not be liable for temporary interruptions caused by force majeure, system failures, or external third-party service outages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the Company's registered headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.
