Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 24, 2026

1. Cooling-Off Rights

Under applicable Korean consumer protection law, you may request cancellation within 7 days of payment. This right may be restricted once digital goods are delivered and immediately consumed or applied to your account.

2. Digital Goods

Resource bundles, permanent boosters, cosmetics, and similar account-bound benefits are generally non-refundable after they are granted, because their effect starts right away. We still review edge cases in good faith when there is a clear service issue.

3. VIP Subscription

  • Cancellation stops the next billing cycle.
  • Current-cycle benefits remain active until the paid period ends.
  • A full refund may be considered within 7 days if the current-cycle VIP benefits were not meaningfully used.

4. How to Request

Send your request to oswarld@naver.com with your account email or user ID, order number, and refund reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Service Errors

If payment succeeds but entitlements are not granted, or if duplicate billing occurs, we verify the issue and provide a full refund when confirmed.
